First room had roaches crawling from everywhere look like that it wasn't cleaned then the second room had roaches coming from everywhere but even more the second time and then I wanted a refund and they told me they couldn't refund me my money so I had to sleep in my car.... And roaches coming from the bed

The entire staff has been very helpful and very nice during our stay here, couldn't ask for nicer people here. They all have been most helpful, courteous, polite and very professional.nI want to say many thanks to them all... Y'all rock!!!

I enjoyed my stay there the water took forever to get hot but it was a nice day

I arrived in Lawton Oklahoma on May 5th, 2020 from Wisconsin. I got a room in 112 with two beds. It had roaches on the walls and crawling in both beds. I shortly realize that there were a family of mice living inside the dresser as I was deep cleaning the room. I requested mice traps, I had to waited for more than week. I asked if I could be change to a different room. I was told that they had none available, then later ask if I could be change to cheaper room with one bed. I was told that I couldn't because weekly and monthly are book on the enter part of the court yard. I didn't get any until I told the owner's about the problems. I got a mouse trap the next day. I kill two on the first day then ask for more traps and caught three more. Then ask for more traps and caught two more. They kept coming from out of the wall. I also told her that the roaches in my room are really bad. Shortly after detail cleaning my room I got a job working for the hotel. I don't get any service to my room, I service my room off the clock. I pay full price of the room . If me and another customer walks in at the same time, I'm the last to get help. I requested a different mattress due to the bed bruising me. I was told that I could get one but never got one. I finally had enough and moved out. With no place to go I still work for the hotel. Until I have a better job. HELP!!!

Terrible place! Was first put in a room full of roaches, a heater that fell apart, hot water wouldn't shut off. Was moved to another room where my husband got several bed bug bites! Please do not spend your money at this place!!!
