I was hesitant to stay here based on some of the reviews so I will start with the negatives.nnThe property is older and could definitely use an upgrade. The carpet is old, the paint is old, the bathrooms are old. My room smelled like an old book store, but I happen to like old book stores so that wasn't an issue and you stop noticing it in about 30 minutes.nnPast the cosmetic face lift that it needs it was a very pleasant stay. The overall property and my room were very clean. The bed was comfortable, the water temperature and pressure were great, and the room was big. The staff was also very nice and helpful.nnI would definitely stay here again. Is the brand new Hilton they built down the street an objectively nicer hotel? Sure. But if you're a Marriott member and want to get your points don't be afraid to stay here. It's a perfectly nice hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. After my husband n I decided to call to reserve 2 nights including tonight the hotel representative Tina that answers the phone was very rude and lacked common decency as well as customer service. I'm very disappointed in the phone interaction I had with her. Shows complete disregard and poor management skills. Doesn't look like I'll be continuing any further business with this hotel while employees like this are not redirected and educated on common customer service skills and satisfaction. Very very unfortunate we really did enjoy the jacuzzi suites they offer n we stay in every visit.

Very nice rooms. Well maintained. Unfortunately because of COVID no breakfast is served but on th other side of the parking lot is a Cracker Barrel, so a good meal is within a very short walking distance. Very reasonably priced.

We had to wait for 30 minutes for a room that was not the one we requested and would not work for our family. The hotel couldn't fix the room so we ended up leaving. The staff wasn't rude and we did get a full refund, just disappointed we had to change hotels last minute.

Walls are thin, rooms were filthy. I managed to clog the toilet up 4 different times during the 2 week I stayed there. 1 washing machine for the entire hotel. (second washing machine has been broken for 6 months) Laundry room had old clothes laying around for the entire 2 weeks that I was there, trash can was overflowing). Stairwell smells strongly of mildew. Room Card reader was out of alignment, had to use 2 cards in order for it to unlock and let me into my room. On the night I checked in I found a bloody scab and blood stains on the sheet and comforter. Now when I brought these issue up with management, they did try to address them. Go stay at Homewood Suites at least you get a kitchenet with a full-size fridge, microwave and stove top.
