Budget Inn Lawton

Spray. Paint job. Update bedding. ## remodel WHOLE BUILDING.

I'm a contractor from Indiana/Illinois and I see all these negative reviews. Ignore them. They are obviously people who didn't get there way and wanted to make a small local business look bad. 45-50 clean room, no bugs at all, clean hardwood floors and updated rooms with free Wi-Fi. Also close to restaurants, gas stations, etc. Will continue to get my business while im in town working. Recommend for any occasion.

Worst hotel in the world..filthy..the rooms are half way painted and very run down looking the beds had , the worst Burns I have ever saw on anything.., literally the mattress had huge burns on it. As well as the blankets and no central air heat had a little bitty plug-in heater which put out very little Heat the place also had bed bugs.. people i repeat this place needs to be shut completely down never ever stay not even a night at this disgusting Hotel

i recently ran into an issue during a move and the house I was going to be leasing got leased out the day I went to pay for it so I was pretty much up a creek without a paddle on a place to live for a lil bit.. so I ended up staying at a few places and stayed with this hotel because the price the Cleanliness and staff are well above a 5 star review!!! 1st off the owners and staff are AMAZING PEOPLE nicest I have found in town so far they don't treat u like a customer they treat u like family from the first day I walked into this place I was greeted with a smile and felt like they cared!!! 2ndly the price is honestly I think to low they certainly could charge more because the rooms are very nice size beds are comfortable and to purchase one of their nice tvs a person would have to stay probably 3 weeks to pay for it not to mention their wifi is super fast never had any issue with down time or anything of such, and to top it off at night the place is very well lit and has security cameras watching the lot and the owners keep a close eye on it as well! there have been MANY MANY times iv left expensive equipment in the bed of my truck and not one time have I ever had anything turn up missing... i can NOT say that about other hotels around here btw... the place is quiet and very well managed honestly I was probably the most noisy person during my stay there because of my truck is rather loud and I drive for Uber and lyft when I get off work and would leave at all hours of day and night to give rides lol!! this place is always ALWAYS clean smells nice u feel like ur at home when u step in the room I stayed there roughly 2 maybe 3 weeks and not one time did I ever even see as much as 1 bug in my room and honestly that's impressive being in summer and in Oklahoma usually a critter will make its way in some how some way but not here not one time I'm honestly amazed by that too say the least lol!! overall and in closing this place deserves 10 stars straight up!!! it's all around overall probably the best hotel in town hands down and in every area u can give a hotel a review!!! I would recommend anybody who is without a place to stay for a while or to somebody who is just passing thru to stay there I would recommend this place over the niciest most expensive place in Lawton!!! thank u guys for making me feel safe, like I'm at home, and for always greeting me with a smile, and helping out in every way u knew possible u guys are the real mvp here!!! take care!!! ❤ud83dudcaf❤ud83dudcaf

Very cheap, room had a space heater that tried it's little heart out and the microwave didn't function at all. The inexpensive deposit HAD to be in cash. Not impressed at all...even by Lawton standards.
