Comfort Suites Lawton Near Fort Sill

The room was BIG! Nice bed and pillows, couch & ottomans were a nice touch. Good variety of breakfast. Lady at front desk came all the way out to car to say goodbye and if we were satisfied with our stay and welcomed us to come back. That was a 1st!

Wouldn't stay here again. Wallowed out King mattress, water pressure in bathroom sink was pencil size stream. Also the coffee pot, all coffee accessories, ice bucket and cups were located in the bathroom! Overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor. On a good note, the people were very nice.

Tried to book a room for tonight and the hotel receptionist said the hotel was full. Online you are still able to book a room. Beware they will over book this hotel!

I had a reservation here for my 20th anniversary because it has a jacuzzi suite. I called two days ahead to make sure everything was good with my reservation and ask what was my room number they said the jacuzzi had been broke down for a week and wouldn't be fixed by our special anniversary. Needless to say, staff didn't even bother to call me to let us know let alone try to accommodate us with something else. Thank goodness we were locals. If your traveling Do Not choose this place you will waste your gas and time ... personally it was rude of them.. extremely unprofessional..

The staff is great but the hotel is horrible. We had to move rooms several times do to water leaks. Needs updates ands proper upkeep. Only gave the second star for the staff being understanding.
