Clean spacious room. There are nice things provided that gives a guest the feeling of hospitality and kindness, such as nice furniture and a cozy bed, a TV and Wi-Fi, a fridge and microwave, and ironing board, coat hangers. The staff is professional and polite.
The room was clean, the staff was very accommodating. The only problem was the TV didn't work. But other than that for the price I would definitely stay again.
Booked online, pictures don't look anything like what weended up with. First room was dirty and smelt terrible. Trying to not be rude, asked if we could get a different room closer to parking on the outside. Got switched, and it was so much worse. Literally had a bar holding up the roof. Everything was so dirty. Hair in sheets and stains. Not sure if it was even clean sheets on the bed. Literally trash everywhere,and cig ashes on tables. Wasn't checked in for more than 30 mins. Asked if we could leave, and get at least half our money back. Was told no.. we just ended up leaving and eating the money situation. Wasn't worth it to stay there.. Customer service here is very rude, and not helpful on top of the place being a dump and ran down.
Its not to shabby...Not exquisite like the trump towers. Quaint.a Cottage type. Comfortable... Service here was ud83dudc4d... I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
Needs updates and cleaning.
