Everything is great..nice staff. My dog is comfortable too! However, neighbors were loud. I could hear people talking and their TV. Will definitely stay again if I'm in town and hopefully if I stay next time neighbors will be a bit more quiet.
To many drunks fighting in the parking lot . Alot of homeless people hanging around the front door. As far as the hotel itself. The service was awesome and the rooms were nice and clean. Just didn't feel ask safe going outside the rooms.
I liked this place as well, mainly because the staff there went above and beyond to get me a room although almost all the rooms everywhere were booked because of a concert.
Room 211 had a ceiling leak, didn't noticed until my last day when it rained and had drops of water drop on my shoulder and hair. Also splashed on my clothes. Other than the roof leak the room was decent for the price.
Staff is super friendly. No room amenities at all... no microwave, mini fridge, or coffee maker in the room. No one cleaned the room or took out trash over a 3 day stay. Spend a little extra more and stay somewhere else.
