I was told by the pharmacist that she did not like my attitude and she will be w/holding my medication from me until tomorrow. And if I keep going it will be Friday. I kept going. Courtney Hicks. The pharmacist has withheld my meds for 2 days because she does not like my attitude. I did not know a cheery disposition is required to pick up medication.

Their customer service is horrible. They act extremely busy but can’t acknowledge a customer. I was a pharmacy tech for many years while in college and the ones here are useless. They are so rude and act so put out. The pharmacy manager and one guy tech are great but the rest of that group are useless. Even the pharmacists who work when the manager isn’t here are so useless. Take two seconds away from your computer and help a customer. I’ve been dealing with this place since I moved to Lawton, not anymore.

This store goes above and beyond for their customers! I was having no luck finding my sons allergy medicine anywhere else in town and gave them a call in desperation. Miss Candi took her time to go find the medicine for me and held it behind the counter until I could get there so I wouldn't have to hunt through the store with my kiddo on my hip for it. Made this mom's hard day a lot easier. Thanks for caring and helping! :)

Super nice super helpful staff.

Just called to get some cash prices of medication for a patient that has no insurance. Tori the pharmacist was very helpful. Good to know customer service is still alive and well.
