Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Elkin Jonesville

The hotel sits at the highway, which makes for an easy on/off, but all rooms have the traffic noise and it's hard to get good sleep if you are a light sleeper ( as I am ).nnThe room was not cleaned well, which was alarming as we are still in a pandemic.nSomeone had spilled something gooey by the TV, and our shoes stuck to the rug.nThe wall picture by the toilet had not been wiped in a long time. Water/ other spots were visible on its glass cover. Icky.nnWe would have checked out to go to another hotel, but it was a very busy weekend, and we might have had trouble getting another room somewhere.nnI did report this to the front desk, and respectfully. Rather than just a quick apology, the hotel should have reduced the rate, or not charged us at all.nnThere was a time when customers were valued in America. Service has gone down, but prices have gone up, as have attitudes. Covid has become the scapegoat.nnWe will not stay here again.

Awesome!!!! We have been staying at this Fairfield for a few years now. By far the best the one Marriott I have stood at. Dottie at the Front Desk is amazing! Very understanding and helpful. Theresa in Housekeeping is very helpful and provide customer service and went out of her way to assist me. Thank you for great service during the pandemic.

End of December, I had a one night stop. The staffs were so kind. The room was clean and neat! The breakfast was beyond my expectation. Its accessibility to trails around the area, like hanging rock and stone mountains, was the main reason I chose this location, and it was satisfactory close to them!

WOW. This is best Fairfield Inn & Suites I’ve every stayed at. The staff were fantastic and friendly. As expected the Room was clean and comfortable. When we arrived the staff was decorating for the Holidays. It is Awesome. I’ve never seen a lobby decked out out like this. I love Christmas and the Holiday and this was a good start to the season in these challenging times.

Clean room, firm.but soft bed, soft pill ok was & blankets. Room also included a frg microwave safe & coffee maker. Delicious free breakfast next morning that included the works!!! Friendly & courteous staff!!
