Best Western Plus Yadkin Valley Inn & Suites

Love it!!! Great price and super nice staff! There is a lobby area where you can grab coffee and some snacks! The cleanest rooms ever! It’s also pet friendly!! Totally love this place! Also if you are looking for somewhere to eat near you there is a crackle barrel just pass the parking lot!

They have the kindest staff it's always a pleasure to speak with them on the phone or in person. Stayed here 3 X's with our dog and its wonderful. I love the personal warm touches of decor for any holiday it goes highly noticed. Very welcoming.

Sleeping area was good. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was dark and dingy. Ceiling in bathroom was damaged. It looked like it could fall down. Water was warm not hot. Don't advertise a hot breakfast when you have changed to an EXTRA lite breakfast.

I went in to ask for long term stay rates and I was told that it depends on manager. They took my number and never called me. I am very consistent customer of best western but never had this kind of service.

We arrived very late very exhausted and Heather was so kind professional and very helpful. She went beyond “doing her job” offering suggestions. Also she saw a problem with our room key BEFORE we got to the room and took care of it so we didn’t have to do the typical trip back down to the desk. Our room was clean and comfortable but Heather made the difference.
