Mill Ridge POA Chalet Rentals

Ron and Penny do an excellent job of keeping this community looking and feeling great! The landscaping and yard is professionally managed by Ron and looks like a lush resort. Penny is the friendliest and hardest working individual who really takes pride in managing this community and keeping the members and guests happy. I've thoroughly enjoyed becoming a member and feel that my dues are put to very good use around the community. Looking forward to many years visiting Mill Ridge!

We bought a house in this community. The POA manager is a huge pleasure to work with. We haven't meet many other people in the community yet as winter time tends to keep people indoors but we really look forward to enjoying our new home and community.

Nice hiking trails,. Peaceful and back to nature. Basketball, pool and tennis. Good selection of rentals. Nearby river

Overall very happy with rental-it was just us and our two daughters so there was plenty of space. Three separate floors but my only complaint is that we couldn't use the first floor which is a little apartment because it was very musty smelling. In their defense it was an unusually hot and humid summer but they are installing window a/c down there to rectify the situation. Andie the agent was spectacular friendly and hand delivered us a thank you note and cookies!!nnThe kitchen was one of the best stocked I've seen, some pots and pans a little older but who cares as long as they do the job. I've rented from other homes who just had bare bones kitchen stuff-you name it this place had it just about.nnThe location is incredible, very close to everything!! We were about 20 min from pretty much every tourist attraction there was and we visited many.nnOverall I would highly recommend !

Two lane hwy is busy...this time of year..but nice neighborhood and amenities.
