It was and alright place
John, the new community manager, is awesome. He responds back to me in a timely manner and is very nice. You can tell that he genuinely cares about building the community.
Incompetent staff has zero communication skills and are just as trashy as the people who live there.
Great place to eat
This is run by yes communities my suggestion is don't move into any trailer park mobile home park run by yes communities they are very dishonest they will take her money lie through their teeth it will take you 30 to 45 days to get your deposit back they will tell you they're going to put you in a brand new mobile home and put you in a 1998 mobile home that needs to be condemned I was moving from Michigan to North Carolina and that's what they did to me my opinion do not move into any mobile home park that is run by yes communities they are liars thieves and shysters
