Staff is friendly, parking was easy, and the rooms seemed pretty decent.nThey REALLY need a good handyman, though. I was pretty excited to get a nice corner room with kitchenette and a HOT TUB IN THE LIVING ROOM!nI had a few drinks, watched some Netflix, and decided to try out the jacuzzi.nFilled it up, got in, and...nThe thing didn't work. I didn't even bathe, I just got out and made another drink.nThere was nothing crazily bad there, just little things like the entrance door to the lobby needs to be adjusted so it doesn't slam into the luggage cart you're trying to bring in. There was hardly any cookware in the room, that made cooking anything outside of a can of soup kinda impossible.nIce machine was broken on my floor the entirety of my 10 day stay, another bummer. They have a guest laundry, which is cool, but takes quarters. Guess what they DON'T have?nA change machine.nNone of this stuff was a huge deal, just minor inconveniences. Overall I'd recommend it.

Horrible service! The front desk lady was extremely rude to both our family and extended family upon arrival. No smiles, no emotion. Extremely rude about the “explaining mask laws”, as if anyone doesn’t already know that Covid is going on. Left a horrible taste in my mouth after that. When I asked for the manager she said she was all they had. We will never stay here again!

Very nice, newly updated hotel. The customer service at check-in was perfect. The room was very clean and smelled new. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good and some of the hot items changed from day to day. The pool area is pretty decent and would be great for families with small children. I would gladly stay here again.

When we checked in the lady was nice, got to the room and it looked good but wasn’t what was described and pictured. The room we booked had a separate sitting and kitchen area but we walked into the room and everything was all together in one room. Our hot tub was nice but only went on a 15 minute timer that didn’t even last 15 mins and the timer knob was on the other side of the room so we had to get out a lot to turn it back on plus the plate on the front of the tub was broken on the one side. Bed was decent. Had to walk across the entire hotel to get to the ice machine which was kind of annoying. When my fiancé went down the the kitchen for breakfast the lady was very rude and snippity to him and another guest. Because of covid stuff was put in a bag. She didn’t give him what he asked for and told him certain stuff wouldn’t fit in the bag even though it would. Also why put it out if you are going to say it won’t fit? The biggest kicker is our room was supposed to be 148.35 and we got a charge for 173.35 on our card the night we checked in. We aren’t picky people at all but it was definitely just an okay visit.. ud83dude15
