Cessily was very helpful getting settled at check-in. Rooms were not 100% clean but the jacuzzi was very nice after a long hike. This would be my preferred hotel next time I'm in the area.
This is really the best hotel, Dalota, the person at the front counter, was really nice to us and did the best he could to please us. He did mess up a little but he did put the cake we had in a freezer to make up for his mistake. So thank you for everything. But overall the hotel is clean and the rooms are really nice looking. I enjoyed my stay and if I stay at a hotel in Oshkosh again I'm coming back here.

Great Location! Comfortable bed! Customer service! Dakota at the front desk really helped me out in a pinch and got me a room when I needed it last minute. Over and above!
Dalota was really awesome with helping out during our stay. Giving us cookies, apologizing for a mistake and even letting us use the freezer! 10/10
