Beautiful room. Friendly atmosphere. Very clean
I spoke on the phone with a woman named Brianna and it was one of the most pleasant conversations I’ve had on the phone. She was helpful, understanding and pleasant to speak with. She took care of my issue quickly and professionally. I am impressed, great customer service.
This hotel is not well maintained. Breakfast was 2% milk, Fruit Loops and Frosted Flakes. Not the best choices for business travelers.
Very nice place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast. One simple suggestion is to put a sign by the elevators that stands out from the wall so they're easier to find. Probably an older person thing!
Decent hotel for the price. The location is what makes it good. Lots of places to eat on the same road, short drive to two grocery stores and Walmart. The rooms decor looked dated and the beds were pretty stiff and one was very squeaky every time I shifted around. Pool was out of order when we were here as well. But we’d stay again because of the pros.
