Nice people. Clean. Comfy bed. But initially, the toilet leaked which they fixed. Hvac fan wound not shut off ever, no freezers with the fridge.
No breakfast in Covid-19 time. They offered just coffee. The rooms were nicely clean. Beds are comfy. The greater/receptionist at 11 pm was really nice.
The evening manager wasn’t polite at all, walked in and nobody was at the front desk for like 10-15 min. Waited to get checked in after a 10hr drive and finally got settled into our room. Rooms were nice but just the attitude of the manager and waiting to get helped was the problem.
Bugs n No customer service. Reserved a room specifically with refrigerator. We didn't get 1 n they refuse to move 1 into our room. Diamond Elite members are guaranteed upgrades, but not happening here due to pure laziness n poor service. Our bed looked as it was used n short towels too
Very nice rooms but there luggage cart need help and great check out time (noon)
