Good Neighbor Roofing

I have used Good Neighbor Roofing for 5 different projects, ranging from simple residential patching to full tear off and new shingles to replacing gutters and soffit. I also used them on my 7500 sq ft commercial building replacing a TPO membrane insulated roof, it turned out beautiful. They are VERY skilled, even more polite and professional. I have recommended them to numerous people. Their prices are very reasonable and usually 25%+ below the competition. Pablino (owner) is one of the nicest and most professional people I have ever met. Never thought a roofing contractor would become such a good friend.

BEWARE - Yikes, now I know why I couldn't find any reviews on these guys. Hired them to do my roof (actually 1/4 of it was already finished by my son, but he had to go back to Idaho). So I agreed to a price and was VERY CLEAR the roofing had to match the exact brand and style and color, it had to be the exact one. THIS WAS IN WRITING, but remember that a contract is only as good as the people signing it. THESE GUYS DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORD AT ALL. For my detailed review see YELP.
