We dealt with Isle Blue for a vacation to St Barth's. Rob Kadijedic (Villa Specialist) was responsive, knowledgeable, and immensely helpful in not only advising us on villa options and locations, but also in liaising with villa owners to accommodate our constantly changing travel plans in light of the pandemic. He managed to make challenging vacation planning a pleasant experience, with his genuine and honest advice. Thank you for demonstrating exceptional humanity and customer service.

I have been trying to visit Tortola for over 6 months. Our villa has been booked and rebooked due to pandemic. We cannot get to the BVI and don't know when it will be feasible. We are a group of 6 people over the age of 70 and do not feel that it is advisable to go anytime soon. We cannot keep rebooking air, transfers, car etc. We were told NO REFUND since we did not take insurance. I think due to the current situation, we should be given a full refund.

Prime example of a company using the pandemic to take advantage of people. They are refusing to give us a refund for a trip we have planned in 10 days, at a time when we could really use our money instead of a voucher for a future date. Turks and Caicos has stopped all travel. It's not us cancelling the trip, therefore we should get a refund. Truly shameful.

Just don’t use this agency. Lazy and slow service. Quick to book you in but once you are in the villa they didn’t answer my emails in days. Even the taxi which was booked and paid for through them to take us back to the airport never turned up and when I called them isle blue kept saying he will be picking us up in 5 min. They didn’t even seem to care at all. We have to arrange another taxi and we are now late to the airport.nConcierge should be to make your life easy and this one did not.nDO NOT USE THEM
