They were always nice and responsive but are really acting as a 3rd party service.. Every question has to be routed through the onisland agency that manages the villa.. They do alot of marketing to secure contracts with visitors and just use the on island rental services like SiBarth or Eden Roc Villas to manage your visit. I would recommend going directly to SiBarth or Eden Roc to book your villa and skip the broker.. We had an issue with our villa halfway through the trip and had to move, which we arranged directly with SiBarth after we discovered the arrangement... No partial refund from St. Barts Blue or follow up...
