I went in because I needed help removing a cassette from my indoor trainer. An employee was able to do this without issue. So yes, he was helpful. He seems young, maybe late teens, early twenties and speaks in a very monotone voice, which makes it sound like he wants nothing to do with you. He sounded like this both on the phone the day before and in person the day I brought in the trainer.nnThen I ask him if they do consignment and if they might be interested in buying the trainer. He calls the owner over.nnThe owner wreaked of alcohol, creepily looked me up and down, and asked, “Where did SHE come from?” (Among other inappropriate comments) And continued to ogle me as we negotiated prices for the trainer. The only reason I stayed for the negotiation was to see if he was drunk enough to give me a good offer on the trainer. He wasnt. ud83eudd37ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0fnnI felt like I needed a shower after leaving that place.

The team was great! I took my bike and wanted to make sure I was ok to ride. I will go back here always when my bike needs to be serviced. Great atmosphere and no pressure to buy. Thank you team!

I wish I had a better review because I like to support local businesses. Dropped 2 bikes off on Saturday to get new tire tubes installed on each. Was told they would call me when it was done. It's like a 20 minute job in total, so I expected it would be Monday when they called. By Wednesday, I had not heard back and called them. They told me it wasn't done yet. I called again on Thursday and they told me they were working on it and I got a call a couple hours later saying the bikes were done. I showed up to pick them up an hour later and one of the bikes had not been serviced yet. It still had 2 flat tires. The owner made me wait for the job to be done in front of me by one of the techs on staff. No apology, just full price $45 worth of service + tubes. I'll be driving out of my way, into Charlotte next time I want a timely service.nnThat said, the installation works and the tires are fine a couple days later.

Great collection of new and vintage bikes! I am concerned about none of the employees wearing masks and there was a bad first impression with the owner, but overall a good experience and I'd definitely recommend it to people serious about biking as well as the casual rider.

Just bought a bike at the Bike Depot and I received outstanding customer service. The young men that helped me were knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend buying a bike here, or having your bike serviced at this location. I love the Jamis. You've made a customer for life.
