If your going to stay there , get suite, it's only $5 more and well worth it.

Our room was not ready even though they said we could check in at 2pm. They upgraded us to a suite. Great. Not. The hot water in the one bathroom sink dont work. The door has a cracked in it and so cold air was coming in. Dirty wash clothes on the floor, did not looked vacuum and the ice machine don't work so had to walk to the whole other side of the building. In a non smoking room but if someone is smoking outside it comes thru the crack of the door. Breakfast buffet. None existence. Gave us tiny little cinnamon rolls.nPlus side. Bed very comfortable and I recommend going to Cousin Gary's for breakfast and Downtown Pilot Mountain is a cute little town. Just stay somewhere else.

Definitely not worth the price at all! I checked in at 1:15, the first room I was put in, the door did not fully closeud83dude12. I asked for another room, but that room wasn’t even ready and I had to wait 3 hours to rest my feet. They only had 1 person cleaning! I can understand how things are with COVID but the front desk people could have offered to help her. At night I could hear people being loud and obnoxious . Woke up to see beer cans near my car. The staff was nice and all but I would not recommend staying here.

It's an econo Lodge, so not fancy. But they were very accommodating and friendly. Moved my room to a balcony on request, helped with everything I needed. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
