Loyalty Inn Rockingham

Very dirty! I'm glad I brought my own bedding! I went to get in the shower and there was hair and used soap in the shower. By the time I got dressed my feet were black from the dirt on the floor! Not happy!

By far, next to the Holiday Inn Express, which doesn't allow animals, and price wise, in my opinion, The Best Hotel/Motel/Resort in Richmond County. I was going thru a rough time & upon checking in here, not only did I feel at home, I had my kitten Diva with me & met a friend now, who knows my mother.nI stayed fro. Wednesday to Sunday & at any time that I needed something, they were more than accommodating as well as they always spoke to & addressed Diva, just as they spoke to me. Very, VERY clean environment as well. We most definitely will be staying here again. Thank you Ms. Diane & whole crew.

I will add that I have stayed here multiple times before and would have been back had they did a littlw better with a refund or at least letting me switch rooms. I didn't care for my 6 month old to have to stay though and this happened before at a motel I was at and it was about 2 am so even though I woke the owners up they were pleasant and offered another room right away and that motel is half the price of this one and who wants to have to take a 6 month old out in the cold and go somewhere else bc I wasn't sleeping with bugs. They have two separate parts if you have no other option I wouldn't suggest staying in the part the office is connected to, when I've stayed in the other part it wasn't bad. $20 is all I get back when I paid $102 and wasn't there very long

Owner of Property was very accommodating on all of my request. Rooms were clean and is the best budget hotel in the city. 5 stars for Sure!

Dirty, very thing olx and broken.
