Quality Inn & Suites

Pros- girl at front desk was pleasant. Room was clean. Cons- right on the highway, truck traffic all night long. Area is not the best.

Non-smoking room reeked of smoke, the security lock on the door was missing, the hairdryer was falling of the wall, the towel bar was broken, and the flooring was mismatched (patched). A call to the front desk a few minutes after arrival was completely dismissed with no offer to rectify. Very poor representation for Quality Inn & Suites.

For the 2nd time in a row I rented a jacuzzi room and the tub was broken. The first time thankfully the front desk person mentioned it before I left and I was able to say I wanted to change the room because I don’t see paying the extra money for a room that I can’t fully use but this time no one mentioned it until I figured it out once I went to use it. I had to call the front desk and ask if this was it and the lady laughed and said yeah that’s it the other room was already rented. I don’t see having to pay $30+ more dollars a night for a room I can’t even use to it’s fullest extent which is the only reason I purchased this type of room. Also I am really disappointed being I stay here at least once a month if not more than that but I don’t always get the jacuzzi room.
