Red Roof Inn Greenville, NC

Came there Tuesday and booked one of my free nights. Being that I work for a hotel, I asked to see the room first. So he takes us to the room and I pulled back the first white blanket and it's a huge, hard for stain. So he showed me another room. Pulled the blankets back and huge stains on the sheets. He told me straight up, they didn't check it. I paid the extra $46 and went to best western.

Roaches, roaches, roaches. Loud guests and if you can, please spend extra 20 dollars and get a room somewhere decent. Total waste of money. I guess the deal was too good to be true i guess... Only thing that is good about the place is location.

The people that work here are amazing! If I needed anything, the front desk was right on it. They have newly painted rooms and new furniture in the rooms. The housekeepers come every other day due to the pandemic right now buy if you take your linens to them, they will replace them for you promptly!! I will definitely stay here again.

The young lady who checked me in was friendly, professional and polite, the only reason they got 2 stars. The room had a smell to it that after 4 hours still hadn't diminished. The floor and mirror were still dirty. I opened the nightstand and there was a live baby roach. The ac unit has, what looks to be, boric acid in it. I cut the unit on and a dead bug fell out. I won't be staying again. The decor is nice, the bed spread, the office chairs are new, the room, if clean, would be great. Bugs are an automatic fail for me.

Newly renovated Hotel. Exceptional service great experience all around...comfortable room clean and tidy...would definitely stay again and recommend it to others!! Thanks staff for a great stay...be blessed and stay healthy!!
