Edgewood Mobile Home Park

Jeff is an awesome guy. He keeps the park very well maintained and clean ( even during a hurricane, he's clearing branches) He stays on top of all maintenance calls. I've been late a few times on rent when I lived out there and he never once harnessed me. He is more than a landlord to his tenets. He is a friend to all. GREAT GUY

You couldn't ask for a better landlord,nJeff, Is not only my landlord,nbut a freind.nHe is a Very compasionate understand. Person. We need more people like him in this world. The land lord keep the mobile home park clean and neat at all times. And he make sure that it's safe out there. Landlord he's a nice person to get along with.

Its clean and quiet as well as convenient to shopping, dining and Vidant Medical.

Current resident. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly people. Clean inside and outside. Maintenance calls respond in record time. My washer broke and I had a new one the next day. Brand new. My a/c was freezing up and he ordered a brand new motor. He never harasses me for rent if I'm late. Jeff is a really good landlord.
