Holiday Inn Greenville

Not very clean. Clump of hair in the corner of room. Toilet seemed like it was not going to flush, but only clogged once. Other than that, everything worked fine. Guy at front was nice.

When we arrived not even a hour later the toilet started flooding. When we were checking out there was a rude disrespectful due to the fact I am young. When I asked her why she was ignoring the people I came with she caught an attitude with me. I wouldn’t want to come back to a establishment that cannot teach their employees how to be nice and respectful towards customers.

There is good and bad worth this hotel. The room was nice. The bed and pillows are phenomenal. I slept really good. The front desk personnel are all really helpful. May buffet disappointment was the restaurant. I chose to stay here because I thought the restaurant was open. It was not open at night. It was open for breakfast but late to open and very slow.

Wonderful experience- willie at the front desk was amazing and super friendly. The beds were so comfortable and everything was very clean, but willie had the very best personality and great customer service!!

Very nice. Nice gym. Only thing thats not good is the beds are not too comfortable. Little too hard.. But everything else is great.
