Wonderful experience with the Wingate's. They have always offered beyond services!!. I enjoyed the memory suite!!!. So spacious, as apartment in one. The hotel have a no smoking policy but the hotel smelled like marijuana during my entire stay. The strong smell was in the elevators, the lobby, the hallways. The smell was everywhere. I stayed at the hotel Mon- Sun and never received housekeeping during my entire stay. I had to keep going to the front desk to get clean towels and wash cloths. The sink in my room was broken it wouldn't drain period. I felt bad as a paying customer that this is the treatment I received.

Great, comfortable, clean room. Great service. But needs to do something better for breakfast or cut the rate. Breakfast could be served by an attendant to guests as other hotels are now doing. Coffee and juice should be accessible to guests near breakfast area.

Bed was sunken in had to sleep in middle just to not sink in.pool was closed. Other guest were in and out slamming doors and partying loudly. No ice available. All vending machines were empty. Poor continental breakfast in a bag to go..unhealthy items. $ 100. Deposit took forever to be credited back to my credit card.

poor cleaning environment. It felt like I was in the hood especially my floor. I would never go back there it was a wasted my money.
