The Drake Apartments

I've been here for almost three months and am very satisfied. I live in an upstairs unit It is a quiet neighborhood , really good for singles and couples without children. The appliances all work really well and the heating /ac is very quiet. My power bill hasn't been too bad considering the very hot summer we've had. The floors are easy to clean as well. I've had a few issues where i've had to call and the response time for my issues was very quick. I pay my rent online and that's it.nnMy only gripe was actually with suddenlink and how they hooked up the building. I think they used cheap wiring and the repair guy has had to come out a few times. I wish we had a choice but that's not the property owners fault at all. Suddenlink isn't that great no matter where you go.

The Drake offers beautiful and very spacious one bedroom apartments. This place really offers a community feel, with all of my neighbors being so friendly! WGP management is also great and always answers my questions quickly. I once locked my keys in my car and the owner was so kind to bring me an extra copy of my apartment key so i could get my spare car key.. all at no charge and after hours. It is very rare to find that kind of service in Greenville. Overall, amazing experience so far!

The apartments are nice and great for couples or a single person. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I live on the first floor and I have a cricket infestation. The back door was not sealed properly, so I've had to get pest barriers, weather strips and side door seal kit. It's really frustrating to wake up with dead and alive crickets in your bedroom. If you pick the first floor just know pest is going to be a major problem.

Very nice place for young married couple or a single. A lot of steps going to the upstairs units, very roomy. Washer and dryer included
