Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Greenville, NC

This place has horrible service.they overcharge for something that should not be over $60-$70 tops. Don't get me wrong the morning folks were nice while explained. My issues. This place is currently being remodeled. But they are using some old broken items with the remodel. Not to mentions the bugs this place has roaches running around. I in good faith can't reccomend anyone ever even consider staying in this hotel. I personally will never be back.

Booked and confirmed on the hotels website, only to check in to be told my room type was not available because the computer over booked them. But the icing on the cake was when they told me that I would have to pay more for the room type they had available. I said seems like you should be giving me a discount and the clerk said that's not what his manager told him to do.

Bathroom was not adequately cleaned. There was hair in the tub and a used wash cloth draped over the shower rod. But it was excessive noise on the hall, at 10 pm when the (nearby) pool closed and on and off till after midnight, that led me to cancel my second night’s stay. Also, at check-in, I was told the regular breakfast would not be available due to a medical problem with the person who prepared it. Instead a bagged breakfast would be available 7-9:00 am. It had not arrived by the time I left at 7:10 am. Worst part? Since I had prepaid the 2nd night, neither the hotel nor Expedia (whom I used to make the reservation) would refund the 2nd night’s cost. Hotel said Expedia would have to refund it. Expedia said hotel would have to do the refund but that the hotel’s policy was not to refund prepaid stays. Apparently the fact I was repeatedly awakened by noisy guests in a not clean enough room did not matter. Country Inn & Suites? NEVER againnExpedia? Never againnPrepaid stays? Not worth the risk

Great place just sucks no breakfast with the COVID-19 stuff. And I will say the area behind it is skeptical, but it’s just a perception.

Very poor attitude when calling to ask for a reservation. Then the person hung up on me when I was in the middle of speaking. Lost my business.
