Oak Meadows Mobile Home Park

Very awful and greedy owner. He only cares about his well being and not the well being of HIS residents. In less than 2 years the lot rent has gone up $140. Before, Mr. Callicut never raised the lot rent and he was the owner for years! I definitely do not recommend anyone to live here while paying a lot rent that doesn’t do justice. The new owner has brought many problems to the park now that he is in charge. Again, he only cares about his money. Please consider another mobile park instead of choosing to live in this area.

Really great place.very nice comunity..people are really nice.they have a park recreation,swings.to get outside an enjoy,or to exercise..
