Franklin Village

They go up on lot rent and trailer rent every year. They promise you tennis courts free trash pickup etc, but yet they charge you $4 extra for trash they don't have no tennis court and the pool is never opened on time and it's only 4 ft.

Just recently moved into this community and I couldn’t be happier. Lisa at the office has gone above and beyond to make the process easy and pleasant. She has also been so quick to respond to and answer any questions I have regarding my brand new home.nThe area is great-it’s so peaceful and quiet and I love how friendly everyone seems. This was a great decision for me. I love the area and my new home. Welcome home at Franklin Village.

Nice place. Clean and well maintained . Lisa the community manager is very nicenHas a pool and plenty of areas to walk your dog. They also have options that can help you buy a home there, which is Awesome

If I could give this place & management a 0 star I would. My mom has called the office number & emergency number throughout the day to report sewage backing up in bathtubs with no response from anyone. She has left multiple messages with no response. How is someone supposed to stay in their rented home without working plumbing?!?!?! She currently is unable to use her bathrooms or run any water. Someone needs to respond to her multiple messages.

I needed a place to stay so I am renting a trailer. I haven't been there but for a few days but so far its a pretty decent place to stay.
