1 More Day

We were looking for a clean and well maintained place to stay in September of 2020. The kids were just starting back to school and we thought it would be fun to split time between the beach and school. What we found when we arrived was anything but clean and cozy. We were greeted by three dead roaches upon arrival; over the course of the week we found six more. The bathrooms don’t appear to have been updated in quite some time and they were disgusting. The linoleum flooring was cracked and split in multiple places and stained in others. Faucets leaked, under beds and dressers hadn’t been cleaned in years, the pictures on the website are many years old. While the giant table on the rental site looked like a great place to learn, it turned out to be a sticky mess that we couldn’t get clean. The rental company (Century 21) was useless, all issues were reported to them, but nothing was done. In the end we demanded a refund, but got a pittance. Beware renting this place.
