Bed and Breakfast at Mallard Bay

We had a quaint wedding in Ms. Phoebes backyard. She was so happy for us and had such a welcoming, loving soul. Beautiful views across the Intercoastal waterway.nA lovely house, well appointed and comfortable as any home should be. Sun room for sitting, a deck if you want to enjoy the breeze, and a hot tub for the evenings.nBreakfast is her speciality, and Phoebe is amazing.nA perfect stay.

We had an amazing stay at Phoebe's home. She took so much care if us. We could use the kayaks, she also gave us towels for the beach and also for the hot tub. The house is located directly at the water. Perfect location with beautiful view on the water.nThe home is very clean and lovely. She served us amazing breakfast every morning. We loved it! Highly recommend!

We stayed five nights and wished we could have stayed more. Phoebe is excellent at what she offers. You could almost arrive with just clothes and find everything else you could need there. You have access to almost every room in the home. A bedroom that includes tv and fridge. A second bedroom that includes a couch, tv, video and reading materials. Bathroom with anything you might need. A living room with seating. A sun room with seating and binoculars for bird watching. A third story deck good for star gazing. A dock for nature watching and views. A hot tub and seating on the lower outside level. She has towels, chairs, and umbrellas you can take out to the beach with you. She has directions to all kinds of places to visit and suggestions for probably just about any activity you are looking for. Breakfast is great and she is great conversation while you enjoy it. Her location is a good spot for vacations to Topsail, Wilmington, and beyond.

Excellent surprise. One of the best Bed and breakfasts we have been to. Breakfast is perfect, the home is welcoming, the porch is amazing and plenty to do around. And it’s very clean!!
