Quality Inn Elizabeth City Near University

Would give ZERO stars if I could, when we arrived after a very long drive, we had reserved for a King room, and was given a Queen room, we called and had that arranged, we were moved. There was beer in the fridge in the room as if it hadn’t been sanitized correctly, then, when we were moved the tub was clogged, and the water spicket was coming off the wall, the hair dryer was very sticky, then we called. Stated we were in bed, and the receptionist was very rude, we asked for a number to call in the morning and she insisted to send someone to the room, we were in bed. Not dressed for company in our PJs. So far, not so good. Also we can hear people fussing outside. Not very happy about coming here when I could’ve probably had better service somewhere cheaper. Quality Inn, this one has no Quality.

To start we got a room here traveling from NY. Got this place because they took our pups. There was used washcloths in the room, smoke detector on the counter not attached to ceiling wiring, phone jack yanked out of the wall, all the caulking in bathroom was disgusting. We were most concerned that we would be traveling home with bed bugs. Staff was friendly but would sleep in our car before we would stay here again

Currently staying here I ve heard people argue awaking me out of my sleep. I m on my second week and am getting random phone calls awaking me out of my sleep. Property could use a face lift. Other than Than it is serving its purpose a place to lay my head down.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was affordable and comfortable. It included a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Only downside to the experience was a very large spider in the room. That was a little spooky. Otherwise, great experience.

Stayed here for seven nights. I didn't feel as secure as I have in other Quality Inns.
