It has nothing to do with the product, but everything to do with the people. I routinely shop at the Oshkosh location and will continue to just because of the employees there. They are very knowledgeable but also honest. If they don’t know something instead of faking it they tell you the truth, do research, and get back to you when they can. This staff is also extremely flexible and go above and beyond for their customers. It definitely makes the biking culture/experience much more enjoyable.
Very nice shop with very helpful staff.
It depends who waits on you. Some people are really nice some need lessons. My wife took her bike there for a tune up and minor repair. When she got it home the chain broke on her first ride. Back to the shop for another 100 dollar bill.
The staff is fantastic. I have bought all of the bikes for my family at the Oshkosh store because the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Anytime I have ever had issues with our bikes, I know I can bring them in at any time and get taken care of.
Absolutely love this place. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a bike or in need of maintenance/repair to their bike.
