I have put in smoke detectors and underpinning on my daughter's rental here. The floor is falling in and the porch is rotten. There have been numerous simple issues to fix and it takes months to get done. AND THEY RAISED THE RENT! Stay away!!
Quiet, but homes need maintenance.
This is one of the worst places in the area to live. Always crimes..lots of drugs, lots of alcohol related stuff. Not a good place to live.. I lived there a few years back. They rent with all kinds of promises, but all they do is collect rent..you're on your own after that, trailer literally was falling apart.
I like it b/c a good friend lives there....
They are very strict and have a lot of rules for when you're living here.
