Hampton Inn & Suites Swansboro Near Camp Lejeune

I stayed here on 8-1-20 and really loved it. The staff was wonderful and accommodating,rooms were clean and large, comfortable beds, and was convenient for location. This was the best hotel I have stayed at and really like the company. The locals are really nice too!

Was very clean, we had a good stay here. Amy who took care of the breakfast area was super and the nicest person. This is the best hotel that we have been to in a long time.

When we first walked in I saw a roach by the side door we came in at. Then once we got into our room there was a roach crawling around our walls. We called up front & let the lady know. She asked if we wanted to switch rooms... but as anyone would know ... if there are 2 roaches there are a hundred more. We drove 5 hours to get here & are exhausted so we refused to be moved because they are most likely everywhere. Still, very sad to see as you see notes of cleanliness all around the hotel & signs.... they really need to get this taken care of. If I saw them right away then of course they have seen them! They did offer to fully refund our room for this incident... which is nice. And the lady at the front desk was very very kind. That’s why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.

Clean, well maintained hotel. Staff friendly, room large and clean, breakfast good. Will stay again when in area.
