Pines

We love living here. the neighborhood has a lot of Military and Veterans living here. The new owners have done a great job at park clean up and bringing in brand new homes. We moved into the park in 2020. Maintenance is always fast to respond and fix the issues quickly. Everyone seems to be very nice and nobody messes with your stuff in the yards or on the decks. this is a nice place to live if you can bare with the many great changes that are going on.

The new owners of The Pines Mobile home park took over just a few months ago. It is now late August 2020 and the difference is like a sunrise after a long night. Improvements are happening every day. New neighbors, good neighbors are moving in, and the new management team is all about making the place a better community again. It's great to see it coming back to life again. I love living here. Not very well maintained. Dangerous as I fell thru rotted deck

Rent and love living here. Its quite, people mind their business. If there's an issue and you notify the front office, it's always fixed in a fast manner. All staff is very friendly and professional. Its affordable, compared to so many places around here after the hurricanes.

NO POOL AND NO PLANS ON FIXING THE POOL.nMAINTENANCE IS TERRIBLE.nLAWN SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.nBUG PROBLEMS, CAT PROBLEMS.nEVERYTHING IS OUTDATED AND THE PEOPLE WHO TOOK OVER JUST RUINED IT.nThe best thing they got going is how cheap it is.
