Americas Best Value Inn Marion, NC

Me and my wife stayed 10.02.20 and upon entering the room we notice there were pubic hairs in the sink, someones hair in our towels, and the toilet full of who knows what! So we call the front desk to get a new room we are told it was the only room available by the woman at the front desk, who was very nice and helpful by the way, but we had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean the only room available just to be able to feel safe during this pandemic that we unfortunately had to be out in. As we were leaving we couldn't find anyone to speak with and discuss these things nor did we see or receive our free breakfast that was advertised. We really feel as if we deserve a refund for the cleaning supplies and the labor at least, but honestly feel as if a full refund is the best way to compensate for the unfortunate experience we received at this establishment.

Sold out to Indians now lower grade everytjing plus it says free WiFi yet is alwsyd down holiday in right up the street is the better choice for any amount of time

The prices are decent and rooms are clean and smell good. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and understanding after i did the math wrong in my head for a 4 night stay. Would definitely reccomend for traveling or if you need a place to stay for a few nights.
