The customer service was absolutely amazing! You don’t find that kind of hospitality often. The hotel is super nice on the inside and the breakfast is amazing! The bed was super comfy! Driving up to the hotel the outside appearance does not match the inside! Seriously more please with this hotel than high end hotels. The inside pool and hot tub was a huge plus! Everything is so clean and organized perfectly!
Absolutely loved this property (which takes a lot for me to say). Staff was GREAT. Super friendly, breakfast was excellent. Did I say the staff was great?!? Love them! Property is modern, comfortable, and relaxing. Nice location - good BBQ down the road. Only place with an indoor pool near. I will be staying here again when we visit linville or grandfather mountain.
Clean, friendly, and a place that still serves breakfast! This was the perfect overnight stop on our trip. Staff was friendly, answering our questions and needs. The room was clean and everything looked fairly new. Would definitely stay here again.
The man that checked us in at night was really great! Hotel was in a really beautiful location. The kids Loved the pool and hot tub! Was a really nice and quiet stay.
The place was awesome and made me feel relaxed. The Sanitation was on point and they made sure all the customers were safe.nThey served bf with social distancing!nCleanliness, hygiene, ambience, rooms and affordability! The best way to break CoVid blues.
