Over charged me on all prescriptions. My insurance company said their computer was not aligned with the insurance computer. I was upset obviously but when I complained the Med Source employee was very rude and actually hung up on me. I do not call that being professional. Too many other pharmacies to be treated like a culprit because you have paid too much.

What’s the difference between a local pharmacy and a big pharmaceutical company? The level of care you receive. To a big pharmaceutical company, you’re just a number, a prescription to fill, a paycheck but to a local pharmacy, you’re part of their family. This is my mother's pharmacy. I handle most of her medicine needs. So, I've come to really love coming here. Customer service is top notch: from the ladies out front helping customers and finalizing sales to the pharmacist and technicians. This place really gives you the norman rockwell hometown feel (personalized customer service)... not the big pharmacy brands!!
