All Out Bikes

My kid had a punctured wheel on his Crazy Cart and we live about an hour from the All Out Bikes shop. But it was the closest option to get it repaired. Called ahead and told them the issue and that I had already purchased the needed parts. Jason was beyond helpful, to put it simply. He told me a good time to arrive and about how long it would take. As he was repairing, he realized something else was an issue and called me to explain. It would cost a little more but he wanted to make sure it was ok to proceed. Can’t go on enough about how genuine and personal the experience with All Out Bikes was through the entire process. Will gladly drive down there again for the next repairs. Four Oaks NC area has a gem of a business in All Out Bikes and a 5 star person running it!

owner was outstanding helpful..nI came in needing a 1/4bearing race with 9 bearings..(about $5 in parts) he spent a great deal of time finding this...got home only to find they were the wrong size...took them back..the the cups and crank...not only did find the right setup but suggested another( a little more $$..like $10) over the new cups with bearings, but. this included a new crank shaft too..noverall I don't think 5star is a high enough rating.8 would be better..nI know where I'll be buying bike, bike parts from again..super happy with the service and knowledge..

Jason and his wife (Susan?) were super nice and quickly replaced the tube in my bike's rear tire when I brought it in today with the valve stem broken off. Great conversation while he was working, too. The replacement tube and the labor of putting it on for me came to just over $20. That's a great price, but I'm honestly not sure how they are able to make any profit at that price point. I would gladly pay double that for the stellar service I received!

Awesome couple who own and work at this bike shop! They were very friendly and knowledgeable... and reasonable! Thank y’all again and I’ll be back :)

Best bike shop around. When I was having seat issues both Jason and Susan were able to help me find the correct fit by explaining the mechanics of each seat type and the pros and cons of each. Both are very knowledgeable and helpful and you can tell they really have a passion for the business. I'm definitely a customer for life. Totally worth the drive.
