Comfort Inn Asheville Airport

Paying full price but cant use the pool or exercise room juice machines not working soda machine empty snack machine half empty. Cant sit to eat breakfast. Microwave dirty rooms are ok but could be maintenance better. Heat only works some what. But the staff at front desk is excellent.

Nice front desk staff. The only detractor was my bedroom door. It took 2 tries nearly every time to get the door to unlock with the key. The deadbolt mechanism was bent or otherwise damaged & I couldn't get it to work inside the room. My room key wouldn't open the end door from the outside near my room, which was a bit inconvenient when walking my dog during a snowstorm. The outer front automatic door doesn't close at all after dark. That was rather ridiculous during a severe snowstorm, with winds gusting to about 40 mph --- snow was blowing inside. The property needs some repairs. I enjoyed my in room coffee maker, loved the bathroom towels and enjoyed a wonderful shower on Christmas morning. I would definitely return!

We had a great experience staying here for a weekend. Very clean and very comfortable bed. Staff was welcoming and checkin was super easy. Breakfast was fairly good, just a standard breakfast. No complaints at all!

Quiet for a place near an airport and right off the interstate. In walking distance of a Ruby Tuesday and a McDonald's. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and followed covid-19 protocols.
