Holiday Inn & Suites Arden - Asheville Airport

Such a nice hotel and great staff. Bed was very comfortable. Chris was at the front desk during check-in and he was amazing. Will definitely stay there again if needed.

We'd stayed for two nights and the location and the quality of the hotel in general was very good. I'd paid around $500.00 for one room for three people for the two nights. On my reservation email, it said that the breakfast was included. No problem on the first day, the guy at the front desk gave us the three vouchers. On the second day, the same guy gave me only two vouchers. When I asked why; he said that it was a hotel policy, only two vouchers per room per day. I'd asked about the previous day and he said that I was lying because it wasn't possible (In front of other guests). I'd returned the two vouchers and left the place asap.

We pulled over and stayed here last minute on our trip back from Florida. The staff was so friendly and the whole place was super clean! The room was very comfortable and quiet, and it was nice having a restaurant and bar to get dinner and glass of wine after a stressful day of driving.

This hotel is an amazing value for the money!!! I've stayed at much more expensive places that weren't nearly as comfortable or clean as this one. The grounds were spotless, not a cigarette but or wrapper in sight, front staff very friendly and helpful, and all the decor was thoroughly modern and updated. Also this was the cleanest hotel I've visited in a VERY long time. Carpets were clean and the whole place smelled clean (not perfumy clean where you're trying to cover up dirt). Shower was roomy, modern and spotless. Central heat/air kept the room a comfy temperature, bed that made me want to swap mine out. Pillows like at home, comforter warm but not too warm. What are you waiting for?! Book a room now (no I don't work for them).
