Econo Lodge Asheville Airport

The hotel was fairly clean. In good shape for the price. I wiped down the floor and the sink due to some dirt seen. Service desk was very polite and helpful. (We did have to ask for more towels and toilet paper.Also, for a tv remote because ours was missing.) We would stay here again for the price.

I stayed here for almost 3 weeks while working. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome and very helpful. I love the manager, he was very accommodating and was upbeat and helpful. I will stay here again when working in the area.

I had a reservation for a king bed/ non smoking. When we arrived they had none available. So they offered us a queen bed/ non smoking and asked if we would like to look at the room 119 so we did. Opened the door and it was occupied, actually looked as if someone was living there. Glad no one was doing “something” in there. So we went back to their desk and they said they had nothing to offer us. The lady behind the desk was nice and tried to be helpful, but we were very disappointed and felt that their reservation system had serious problems or someone wasn’t paying attention to what was going on. And if I’m asked to wear a mask in the lobby but individuals behind the desk (not the lady helping us, but still an employee), don’t then don’t expect me to. Set the example. One of my favorite quotes “sloppiness breeds inefficiency”. And you get what you pay for. I suggest anyone go somewhere else and pay a little more. You won’t be disappointed as I was with this place.

Ive had the best experuence staying at this Econolodge. Clean rooms, very quiet, and EXCELLENT customer service. People at the front desk have gone above and beyond assisting me.

Front desk staff were friendly which made checking in go very smoothly. Good price for what rooms they have to offer.
