The Groves

The Groves are a beautiful, well-maintained, new apartment community that opened up June 2019. When we chose our two-bedroom apartment in May, we were thrilled to be the first tenant ever in our unit!!! The staff has been very receptive to our questions and any concerns. Maintenance is on top of their game and Management just don’t play when it comes to noise or any type of complaint! My only concern is that we have a few tenants that are too lazy to pick up dog excrement after their dog does its business. We have doggy stations EVERYWHERE with free bags galore and someone will actually leave dog poop BESIDE a poop station. However our apartment staff are picking up around the apartments every week to help with this problem.

A great brand new community right by Fletcher park. With tons of amenities you will love calling Groves home! The staff is friendly and engaging. The community is clean and is very well maintained.
