I have had nothing but 10 star service from the employees at Cane Creek. They are all very knowledgeable about the products they make and what is right for your application. I guess that comes from the years upon years they have in the industry and they all seemed genuinely interested in helping the customer; regardless of the number of dumb questions I asked. I really like to support US based manufacturing and Cane Creek is a prime example of why I do. They produce really high quality products at very competitive prices compared to a lot of the US based - off shore manufactured competition. I wouldn't choose another manufacturer again if Cane Creek makes the product I need.
Poor Communication. Responds to the messages once a week. It does not respect the warranty for the new product.
Seriously impressed with the customer service I've received from the guys at Cane Creek; I ordered the incorrect part (my fault), but it was missing some parts (mistakes happen), and while I could have used it with just the missing parts and a shim, they sent me the correct part with all the parts. Thank you Brian.
World Class company with the finest quality products in the world of bicycles! Very friendly, knowledgeble staff and a very easy, painless experience for serving. Was very impressed. It's a shame I can only rate 5 stars. Deserves 100! North Carolina's finest!
I've been riding and racing bikes for over thirty years. I haven't witnessed this level of customer service ever. I called to purchase a part of a headset that I have used for over seven years. I was told it had a one hundred and ten year warranty and that I would have one in the mail free of charge. Thanks Cane Creek and Erich.
