Maggie Valley Inn and Conference Center

First - I had reservations for almost a year at a $75night price. They called less than a month before our stay and increased rate to $99. The room was remodeled and nice. The new shower was pretty but the shower floor was dirty, gritted dirt over shower floor. They said all rooms were remodeled, however supplies all over the lot, patio and parking areas. They woke us up at 6am hammering. We did get good maid service, bed was made, clean towels. I don't think the management cares about their customers. I tried to get a call back from owner or to catch him in over price issue and could not even get a call back.nWe have stayed here for our event multiple times but will not stay here again.

Awesome place newly renovated rooms and new owners. Very pleasant stay.

It was under reno and was not complete at all. The room I went to see was fair but just had a dusty feel to it. However management was very nice. We actually did not get charged. I expect complete reno for the Winter season for sure. I feel once it's complete Maggie Valley Inn will be a very very nice place to stay!!!

I didn't have no confenrces, but my stay was great

was fun , friendly customers. Service not that good outside had to go to the bar to get service So I had Requested a server told me I had to go inside for her .Angela had a table outside so she sat us with her people she was taking care of .she was the best.Ask for her ( Angela). If they had more like her they would make more money.Thank you Angela
