This is going to be a nice community to live in,the homes are very nice, and good quality.
Love my home and this neighborhood is huge and nice . I had to come back and edit my review because after staying here almost a year, I can give you a more honest review because I been here long enough to know. The material they use to build the homes is cheap. Plumbing is not that great and already my garage has issues openings. I’ve stayed in $289k+ homes to 400k to know the difference so I’m not talking out the side of my neck. I honestly hate HOA neighborhoods but I’m renting so I’m not stuck with dealing with it for a long period of time. It’s a good experience though because when I’m ready to buy, I know what to stay away from. The paint inside the home is awful. If I simply lean on the wall, it’s leaving a mark. I’m still thankful to God that I’m living there though, I really am. The neighbors are awesome though and probably the best neighbors I’ve ever had. Don’t get me wrong though, their building this area up and it’s looking good. Has its own school and they’re building a recreational center that will be really nice. The neighborhood has a lot of perks to it. I would say if you buy a home here, make sure the paint job is good and plumbing is good. Otherwise, you will have problems.
