My first experience with this particular hotel was outstanding. The room was clean and organized. Basic set up and everything I needed. Check in was efficient and easy. The manager was first class, customer service all the way. I had a small hiccup, but she quickly resolved it and was well taken care of. I would highly suggest this hotel to anyone needing overnight accommodations in the Lexington area.

The room was great!! The bed was comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Everyone was really nice. The only negative was the 5 cup coffee pot. Bigger is better where coffee is concerned. Thank you for a truly enjoyable stay.
