I had great experiences with this hotel except this last time. I checked out an hour early when i got home I got a notification that my card declined for 71 dollars. I called up there and asked why and was told it was a refund.. But if it were a refund it wouldnt have declined it..
My stay was very pleasant. The room was very roomy and comfortable. The desk clerk was very nice and friendly at the time of check in. I will be back very soon to stay there again.
Clean, easy to get to. Cold breakfast only. But that's everywhere. My room was clean and quiet.
I booked a room at this hotel several months ago and had to cancel at the absolute last minute. The staff was very friendly and helpful and allowed me to cancel my reservation without penalty in spite of the late notice. This was very helpful for me because I was going to be coming there from over 5 hours away. I really appreciate the flexibility and grace they showed me. Thank you so much Lanisha for the support! Anytime I plan a trip back to Shelby I will definitely stay here.
Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. What more can you ask for?
